What We Do

get to know

Get To Know

A face to face meeting to get to know what your business does, how it’s structured and what challenges it faces. During this part of the process, we are looking to get a picture of your business and how best it can be supported. We’d also like to learn about your goals and ambitions. Are you ramping up for growth, consolidating operations, looking to change or innovate, investing in systems, looking into franchising your business or starting to plan for a future exit?

questionaire

Questionaire

We have a formal questionnaire and structure that we follow to look at all areas of your business. We will capture the status quo, scope the direction of travel and uncover areas of your business that can be earmarked for cost reduction, improvement and/or growth. Every business has overheads, so this process will look to reduce those costs. Every business has potential, so this process will identify and capture areas of opportunity.

output strategy & reccomendations

Output Strategy & Recommendations

Once the questionnaire is completed and we have an overview of where you are now and where you’d like to be in the short, medium and long term, we will start our analysis and uncover areas of cost reduction, better efficiency and opportunity. Within 7 working days from the initial ‘Get to Know’ meeting, we will report back with a cost reduction strategy, recommendations for areas of improvement and connections to trusted and proven suppliers that can help you to deliver the cost savings and growth opportunities uncovered.

appointments

Appointments

Within 7-14 days of the results of the review and the recommendations, you should have met or have dates in the diary to meet key supplier connections, recommended specifically to meet the opportunities identified within the process. During those discussions, you will move forward with the connections that best fit your needs and requirements, subject to agreed SLAs.

six monthly reviews

services-6

Every six months, we hold a client review, to make sure that things are generally on track, to reassess needs and to catalogue and explore the costs that have been saved and the growth opportunities that have been created through the process and the connections. At this point, aspects of the plan can be amended, and new elements assessed, so that more cost savings and business opportunities can be identified. As a client, all of Linx Business services to you remain FREE.
